Gratitude Corner
Thanksgiving is a time to take a moment and show gratitude to the people in your life you love and care about, to say thank you to friends, family and colleagues for their support or simply to remind yourself that practicing self-gratitude and appreciating who you are and all that is around you, is just as important as expressing it to others.
During the upcoming holiday season, it is important to remember that every relationship you have is one that teaches you something about yourself or about life. It’s important to be mindful about what you have achieved, what you have endured, and what you have overcome, because every one of these factors makes you exactly who you are meant to be. Your experiences can teach others, help others to heal and grow, and provide a sense of community and belonging.
So, as the holidays approach take a minute to learn something about who you are, to set a new boundary, to forgive, to practice self-care, to be gentle on yourself and to let those around you know how much they mean to you.
The following are a few ideas to help you show your gratitude to the people in your life that love you, support you, challenge and teach you.
