Havertown Carpet Company Moves to Larger Showroom
The Havertown Carpet Company, established in 2015 by Havertown owners Peter Volk and Shane Barry, outgrew it's store in Oakmont and moved to a larger showroom at 1125 West Chester Pike a few weeks ago.

The pair saw a need for a carpet company with a shop at home option, and has seen that vision backed up by their growing customer base. Peter, who grew up in Westgate Hills and now lives in Manoa, explains "We work hard to maintain a low-pressure relationship with our customers. Our estimator will bring samples to the home and work with customers to make a selection, and we also have an in-house design consultant to help with color selection, styles, etc. Then we send them a proposal to review, unlike other companies who expect a decision on the spot." They can also work with customers in their expanded showroom if they prefer.

Offerings include many varieties of wall-to-wall carpet, custom-bound carpets, sheet vinyl, waterproof core products, as well as hardwood floors.

They are open seven days a week, so stop by the new showroom to meet the staff and take a look around!
