The Keep It Local Gift Card program ENDS on December 31, 2025. There are over $10,000 remaining on the cards. If you have one, please use your card at a participating Haverford Township business now through December 31st.

Coffee, books, community – you can find it all at The Bookery Coffeehouse on Brookline Boulevard! This cozy café, connected to Plant Roots, brings the entire business together to welcome not only plant and home decor lovers, but also anyone seeking a tranquil place to sip coffee, pick up a book, and relax or catch up with a friend.

Community News

Discover Haverford Thanks the HHS PATH Program

Even though school will be out, Coffee on the PATH will be open at the Kelly Center through the summer. Hours are Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9-11am. Stop by!

Last fall, students from Haverford High School’s PATH (Preparing Adults for Transition from Haverford) Program began volunteering with Discover Haverford, helping with our mission to keep the township’s business districts beautiful and welcoming. Armed with rakes, brooms, gloves and bags, the students collected trash, picked up leaves and pulled weeds through the late fall and then began again in early spring. Many local businesses expressed appreciation for their efforts in helping keep Haverford Township clean and looking good. After their last clean-up session for the year, the students and PATH teachers enjoyed ice cream at Koffmeyer’s with Discover Haverford staff – celebrating a successful collaboration. Thank you to all of the students, teachers and aides who helped support our community with this great work!
