Family Bingo Night

PTF is excited to host Family BINGO Night!

Please use the link below to RSVP for the event and to preorder dinner and raffle tickets. All presales must be received by Sunday, February 23rd.

Dinner options:

• Cheese Pizza - $2 per slice
• Pepperoni Pizza - $2 per slice
• Gluten Free Cheese Pizza - $12 for a whole small pizza
• Green Salad Bar - $5 per person
• All dinners must be preordered using the link below by Sunday, February 23. 
• Tickets for pizza slices and salad bar will be distributed the night of the event.

Raffle tickets:

• PRESALE - 5 tickets for $15.00 Order presale tickets by February 23.
• Tickets will be sold in sets of five only
• Tickets will be distributed the night of the event
• PRIZES :  17 gift baskets with themes such as Camping, Sports, Game Night, and more!
• Tickets will be available at the door for 5 tickets for $20.00

OPPORTUNITY SCHOLARSHIP & ESA APPLICATIONS

Families can apply for the Opportunity Scholarship and ESA+ scholarship starting February 6 at 9:00 am! Applications will remain open until March 6 at 5:00 pm. Completed Opportunity Scholarship and ESA+ applications submitted during the application period will be entered into each program’s lottery.

The Opportunity Scholarship lottery will be conducted according to award tier. Students in the lowest household income tier will receive first priority.

Application assistance: Families with questions about the application process should call 855-330-3955. On-demand interpreters are available by phone in 230+ languages.

WCA'S ILLNESS POLICY

We're seeing an increase in absences due to illness. To protect students and teachers, please follow WCA's policy for illness (in the Family Handbook). 

• If your child is out due to illness, please keep WCA informed by sending an email to your teacher and wca@wcahawks. 
• If a child is sick he/she should remain home until symptom free for 24 hours without the use of medicine. The following are symptoms requiring your child to stay home (as outlined in the handbook):
• fever higher than 99
• diarrhea
• vomiting
• strep or sore throat
• body rash
• pink eye 
• Your child should be well enough to participate in daily routines. 

Thank you for helping us prevent the spread of illness. 

WCA SUMMER CAMPS

HOPPIN' HAWKS JUMP ROPE CLUB

1st-5th grades, co-ed

Activities will challenge body, mind and spirit

with games, exercises, and skills.

Thursdays - 3/13, 3/20, 3//27, 4/3, 4/10, 4/17

Led by Coach Barker, Coach Roth, and Coach Durham.
