Hello, HCES Families!

Before I get into all things Trunk or Treat, I want to give a recap from our Hawk Pride Membership Drive. We ended our membership drive with an astounding 959 members -- exceeding our membership number from last year of 815 members. As you know, this is our largest fundraiser and I am so happy to report that we raised over $33,000, exceeding our budgeted number of $31,000 and passing last year's total of $31,000. Thank you HCES for showing up and giving in such an impactful way!

The PTA is busy preparing for Trunk or Treat and Silent Auction which will be happening Friday, October 27.

Trunk or Treat will begin at 5:30PM on Friday, October 27, and families will be invited to walk along the track, going from car-to-car trick or treating. In order for this event to be successful, we still need several trunks! CLICK HERE to sign up to host a trunk! I can honestly say that hosting a trunk is SO fun. The PTA Board will be decorating a trunk (with such a fun theme, but I will keep that a surprise!) Kids are invited to wear their costumes and there will be a contest for the best trunks. You won't want to miss the fun!

Not all the fun will be outside during Trunk or Treat, because inside our fabulous fundraising team will be kicking off the Silent Auction! Everyone is invited inside the cafeteria to preview the Silent Auction items between 5 and 7PM, and the Silent Auction will go live at 7:30PM.
