Parking Restrictions and Accommodations

Parking Restriction from May 4 - June 5, 2026

What's Happening

The City of Miami Beach has restricted parking on both sides of Hawthorne Ave from Crespi Blvd to 82 Street for an emergency force main replacement.

To accommodate residents impacted by these restrictions the City is providing parking codes for participants in Zone 26 to use city surface lots 108, 109, 110 and 111 for 24-hour parking (highlighted in the map below). These codes are in effect now and will stay active until June 5 or further notice. Please use the code through the ParkMobile App.

Parking Code: CMBNBPW

Notifications will be given if extensions are required for the parking restrictions. Residents may use the code through the ParkMobile App to receive free 24-hour parking in the designated lots.

Residents of Miami Beach can sign up for the parking permits and programs by visiting the Miami Beach Parking website.
