So, last week it snowed. And it was so cold, below freezing. This week, we're in the 60's. Things change superfast, like all the time! Same goes for real estate. We can be under contract one minute, and out of the contract the next. We can be on the way to a closing just to get a phone call from the closing atty's office that it's not going to happen and needs to be rescheduled.
We're prepared for it though, things literally change on a dime in this business and we adjust to best fit our client's needs. Does you job also has changes at a moment's notice? Y'all have a great Wednesday and enjoy this weather right?
