So while we have March Madness coming up soon for basketball - (March 18th-April 5th), it's already here in the Real Estate world. It's actually been here for quite a bit now with no slowing down. If a house goes up on the market and is priced right, if you don't go see it right away chances are it will be under contract that same day or the day after - that fast! It is like this all over the place and those of us in the Real Estate world have to buckle up full speed ahead.
So when you hear about being in a seller's market that is such a true statement. What is also a true statement is that nothing lasts forever. If you're even thinking about selling, now would be the time. If not, stay and enjoy where you are. Here's an article to show you some statistics from all over.
