Time For Me To Fly

Not really sure how I'm going to feel. School's not over yet, but I'm feeling - I don't even know how to describe it. I have 2 boys, Alec age 25 and Andrew age 18. Bill already went through this several years ago with his kids, now I'm about to go through it because my youngest is about to graduate high school. I'm already going to miss the extra dishes in the sink, the extra clothes in the laundry room and a whole list of other things.

I'm talking about becoming an empty nester. So after a while, does the house just really seem too big for 2 people? Does this mean that we are going to be "in the market" as well? I really am not looking forward to the house being so quiet, but I know it has to happen. My oldest flew out 7yrs ago and now my youngest is saying "It's Time For Me To Fly".

How many of you are now empty nesters or are about to be? Any pointers you can give me? ~K
