Remember your first time? I do, it was late November of 1996. I remember it took me 6 months to save up ten thousand dollars, and I used that money for a down payment for my house, which my parents co-signed for me because I didn't have enough credit. I was 26 yrs old and it was just me, my husband had passed away earlier that year in March and I couldn't live at my parents anymore with my baby, I had to get out and buy my own home!
