When someone tells me to just wait and it'll happen if it's supposed to happen I don't like that at all. That makes me antsy and my mind starts thinking of how to make what I want to happen happen without having to wait for it to happen.

So... searching for homes - if you're a buyer looking for a home you may be hearing that you need to have patience and it'll happen if it's meant to happen. I would not like hearing that at all! Some articles I have read say just that and I disagree. We always tell our buyers that if you want a home badly enough, you have to be real aggressive and make it happen. If not, someone else will win over you. It's still happening with picking the best offer, and if a home is priced right, offering lower than asking in this market is just not advised at all.

So you have to have patience? No....you have to have the drive to do what you need to do to get what you want. ~K
