We get this question a lot. Probably more than 95% of the time I would say this question comes up and we always give the same answer.
So we will go meet a homeowner at their house to discuss what all needs to be done (if anything) to be able to sell their home for the most money. Sometimes the list can get long, sometimes it's not long at all. What if a homeowner does not want to invest the time and money it will take to get their home in tip top shape, in this market the home will still sell super fast right?
Maybe, maybe not. No doubt about it though, whenever the home does get an offer, the buyer will have an inspection done and the inspection report will usually have some items that do need addressing, whether they're minor or major.
Here' s an interesting article that talks just about this subject. Tell me what you think about it.
