Some of us did this already, some may next year or so. We just did last week and the house is so quiet, it's an unknown feeling. My youngest went off to college (Ga Tech) and my oldest graduated from UGA, so both of my boys are not home.

I've been talking to quite a few people this week already about their plans. Some are choosing to downsize and want to do that now verses later. Some will downsize after their kids finish college.
