Bill & I are at Lake Martin, Alabama this week and after tossing a pebble in the lake and seeing ripples similar to the picture above I'm reminded of a nearby neighborhood where the ripple there was once a home sold then several other neighbors jumped on the bandwagon as well and started selling their homes.
The great thing about this type of neighborhood ripple effect is that the neighborhood gets rejuvenated with new young families and remains viable as opposed to becoming stagnant.
