So if you're opening up this email when it got delivered on Wednesday August 30, 2023, you know hurricane Idalia hit north Florida. We all hope that everyone stays safe. What kind of impact will it have here where we are at in Georgia? Will we get tornadoes from it? We get them anyway, hurricane or not, whenever the skies feel like it sometimes it seems.

So that got me thinking, those who have a safe room... a tornado shelter - do you ever wonder how much your safe room adds value to your home when you go to sell it? Here's an article I found that can explain this. Well, I do know one thing, when it comes to saving your life, even if it adds no value, the value of saving you and your families lives far outweigh what you could get on a resale for sure.
