One of our colleagues had an extremely difficult time selling their client's house due to a neighbor that was an "eye sore." Also, the neighborhood does not have an HOA to take care of things. So what do you do even if you're not planning on selling, you just want to live nicely where you live, but you have - that neighbor? I found an article here that has a few suggestions, I think though, that every neighborhood has that neighbor, don't you? What would Mr. Rogers do? |
