So, think about this, you’re looking at a house and think to yourself “this house needs a paint job real bad” (the outside). Then you break out the pressure washer or hire a pressure washing company and pressure wash the house. 

Then after the job is done, you look at the house again and realize that now you may not have to paint anymore because the pressure washing took care of business and now your home looks great again. So yes, in this case pressure can definitely be a good thing!
