We would have never have guessed this, but being in Real estate we know this is true. Homes on the market during the holidays, if they are priced right and if they are marketed correctly are selling nicely. And, even better for the sellers, there are even less homes on the market typically during the holidays so that just means they will get more buyers looking at their home. And people are moving during the holidays (school breaks, etc). Here is an article talking about this topic .
