It almost seems like there's nothing going on in the market right? Everything has slowed down for sure. But, there is still a pulse. Every time this time of year the market slows down anyway, and does pick up at the start of the year. More homes will go up for sale because the holidays are over then, and that means more buyers will be in the market too from those selling their homes.
