Our Journey with our latest home that we just recently closed on June 17th.
Our client’s home that has been Under Contract a total of 4 times! A lot can happen during the time when a home goes under contract until closing day, a lot. 3 different times we had our client’s home under contract, only to not be able to make it to closing for one reason or another. Finally, the 4
th time everything pulled through. Not to mention that since we always list every home we have not only in the Georgia Multiple Listing Service (GAMLS) but also in the First Multiple Listing Service (FMLS) = a lot more exposure (google it) – so due to this home being listed on the FMLS is how the buyer’s found this listing and they are now the new owners of this home. All the while only 19 days on market (days on market do not add up while under contract). We didn’t stop believing that’s for sure! Enjoy this Journey and click the video below.
