Somebody that is not in the Real Estate world may not understand certain phrases and words that are used in this industry every day. Before I started into Real Estate, I couldn’t tell you what a mechanic's lien is, what fsbo means, the difference between an agent and a Realtor, the list goes on – it was all Greek to me. The language of Real Estate is confusing to someone who doesn’t deal with Real Estate all of the time, thus the need for an expert when buying or selling is nothing but a benefit. ~ Kate
