We get asked a lot of questions from people because of being in real estate. Even people wanting to know who our weed guy is. So you know how it goes, you get great service from the weed guy and then all it takes is one time for something to happen, like your grass gets burned because of too much fertilizer, and, for me that's always enough to let go and find another weed guy.

I think we're on our 4th now, probably not so bad given we've been at the same house since 1998, but still. So, who's your weed guy?
