You may think that homes just go on the MLS and that's it right? How about MORE than just 1 MLS service? More MLS (multiple listing services) gets more agents seeing your home for sale, which will get you more offers, which will get you the price you want, or higher. Facebook ads, knocking on doors, calling potential buyers, reverse prospecting, that's just a touch of what needs to be done. We can't stress that enough. Or you can sit and wait. And wait, and price drop and repeat.
