When did that term become popular? I never heard of it when I was growing up, but I like it. We're going to put one in. So many possibilities, wood, aluminum...customize it, build it yourself. We want one big enough to put a golf cart in as well as the lawn equipment, punching bag and some other stuff. My son is going to help build it so this will be a cool project.
So, do she sheds add value to your property? Well it certainly won't decrease the value, unless you have an old worn down looking one, then that would not help the salability. Do you have a she shed?
