What's does 27 today mean? Well to start, my son Alec is 27yrs old today! We will be going to Auburn where he lives to have dinner with him and his wife tonight to celebrate.

So.....after I wrote this newsletter and after midnight my daughter-in-law sent me a picture of a cake with what I thought was a positive pregnancy test, so, of course I called all excited, I'm going to be a grandmother!!! Wrong! It's a positive Covid test, I didn't have my glasses on when I was looking at the picture, so, no going over there today. 

What else is 27 today? In some neighborhoods that is now the average days on market until a home goes under contract. In other neighborhoods, the number is even much higher now. Just about 3 months ago, that wasn't the case anywhere. Now, that is the "new norm" as people call it.
