Members' Meeting on Sunday

On Sunday, we'll gather at 6pm for a members' meeting to review 2023 financials and consider a sabbatical policy that has been developed by the Administration Committee along with a recommendation from the elders regarding how to care well for our missionary partners on furlough.

How Can I Make Decisions When There Are So Many Options?!

Do you ever feel paralyzed when needing to make a decision? Do you find yourself getting stuck as you wait for some sort of confirmation from God because you do not want to step outside of His will?

I've found Kevin DeYoung's book, Just Do Something, to be helpful counsel for Christians like us who are so often faced with the need to make a decision while having so many different options to choose from.

You can find DeYoung's book, along with many other helpful resources in our church library.

Pray that "just as we have been approved by God to be entrusted with the gospel, so we speak, not to please man, but to please God who tests our hearts." (1 Thess. 2:4)

The memorial service for Barby Bowles will be on Saturday, February 3 at 11 am. An informal visitation will be at 10 am before the service.

Jim Auchey, who suffered a major heart attack and has blockage that is inoperable, is still in the hospital. He has suffered additional smaller heart attacks. The future is uncertain since there is no medical option so far.

Merry Walters having surgery today, to replace bone. She lost function of left hand.

Jo Ann Gabel in rehab to try gain more strength and ability. She's had to use a wheel chair.

Yogi Moore has other hip replacement on Monday was successful! .

Mickey Jones is at home, but needs a wheelchair to get around.
