Indy: Kick off Year of the Trails with the Nickel Plate Trail!
This Saturday, October 23rd at 2 p.m., join Binford Redevelopment and Growth and Rails-to-Trails Conservancy at Bier Brewery for a Nickel Plate Trail Walk. Congratulations to the City of South Bend for winning the 2021 Driehaus Award! The City of South Bend was selected by Smart Growth America's Form-Based Codes Institute as the winner of their Richard H. Driehaus Form-Based Code Award for achievement in the writing and implementation of a stellar form-based zoning code. Their updated Zoning Ordinance took home the prize.
