Dear Prince Family:

What an exciting time this is in our school’s 47-year history. In addition to God’s continued protection and grace, we have been blessed with sound governance from our school board, steady, experienced administrative leadership, talented faculty, and exceptional mission-fit families. Our controlled growth over the past five years has increased enrollment, new programs have been added, and the complexity of day-to-day campus operations has increased significantly. With twelve direct reports to the head of school’s office, what was once a challenging workload has now exceeded the capacity of my office.

To ensure the needs of our students, faculty, and parents continue to be met with the same level of service our community expects, I am pleased to announce High School Principal Daniel Kempf will begin school year 2025-2026 in a new position as assistant head of school. Mr. Kempf is the logical choice to become the assistant head of school for several reasons: excellent leadership and communication skills, administrative acumen, two years of experience working as a member of our leadership team, he is a career Christian school educator, and, most importantly, he is a devoted follower of Jesus Christ.

I am confident Mr. Kempf will excel in this new position, and I look forward to working more closely with him. For now, we have plenty of work in front of us, including hiring a capable, mission-fit high school principal. Onward!

Col Seth Hathaway, Ed.D.
