Botetourt Chamber
The Chamber has named Grant Holmes their new Executive Director. "I have a business background having mentored and assisted in many start-up and on-going business ventures. Recently, I owned a marketing, brand positioning and business development business. I bring my passion for business to the chamber and look forward to the great opportunity here in Botetourt."

Greater Reston Chamber
Mark Ingrao recently announced his resignation from the Chamber.   Mark has accepted a new position as the Chief Executive of the Northern Virginia Building Industry Association (NVBIA). He will remain with the Chamber until June 27, 2019 before taking on his new role.

Harrisonburg-Rockingham Chamber
The Chamber is hosting a Diversity in Business - Diversifying Your Workforce to Strengthen Your Business event focusing on HR professionals  (with SHRM credits available) and small business owners, specifically trying to explain and explore segments of the population they may ignore or overlook. With a low unemployment rate and everyone trying to figure out where their next employees are coming from, we intend to broaden the pool of potential employees with this outreach of information and connections. We also think this will build some relationships with the diverse and minority sectors of our community when they see we are trying to help in a tangible economic way.

Montgomery County Chamber
The Chamber has recently moved their office to 210 Laurel Street, NE, Christiansburg.

Smith Mountain Lake Regional Chamber
Vicki Gardner has announced that she will be stepping down from her position as Executive Director of the Chamber.  The position is now listed on the VACCE Careers Page.
