There are times in our lives when we must look beyond our selves to the places and people we come from - to where the exclusion began - in order to resolve and heal our creative blocks and our lives.
Constellations offer the opportunity to experience and heal the relational entanglements that may be in the way of our true potential.

"Morphic field. That's what it's called when a certain kind of energy pattern is repeated over and over until it creates something like an aura."
~ Mary Lou Cook
Something happens when a few people gather. I witnessed this one recent
afternoon facilitating Family Constellation work: a container was created as each participant was honored in their motivation to be there. The resonance created by attention and presence transmitted a group field that held each unique individual and the greater whole.
Family Constellation work addresses fields. They can consist of patterns
that repeat themselves in the collective memory through generations. They can also be seen as clusters that have become crystallized and so obstruct the flow of movement. Addictions, extreme behaviors and symptoms are such crystallized patterns that can create suffering in our lives and the livesof our loved ones.
In Family Constellation work we ask: what is the vibration of this particular pattern? how crystallized is it? how far back does it go? where did it begin
in the ancestral line? what were the circumstances that created it? how did it serve the system? In asking, we broaden our view from the individual to the space from where we each came. In order to do this we must include this space that holds memory which we call the field.
We must ask: what is needed for movement? what needs to be respected
as it is? What is ready to be discarded? What is not being seen?
Healing begins in the acknowledgement of what is, in the sharing of what is, and in being witnessed with what is. Healing happens in the recognition that we do not stand alone, but that we share in ancient archetypal patterns of human relationship.
I invite you to come experience this unique and life-changing approach.
