The Fourth Chakra , called Anahata in Sanskrit, is associated with the Air element, because we breathe from the area that this chakra is located.  It is also the center of our entire cardiovascular system where life force energy moves through.  The Heart chakra also sends energy out toward the shoulders, down through the arms and into the hands.  It is located directly in between the upper three and lower three chakras, and therefore serves as a bridge for harmonizing these two chakra systems.

The Akashic Records are an energetic "database" that exists in the 5th dimension.
