My good friend and premier Release Teacher, Steven Winn is offering a wonderful free course, called "Healing the Heart of America."
Every weekday for a month, starting May 7, he will conduct a guided release at 9AM that we can listen to live or on replay. Steven explains below:
My dear friends,
I'm inviting you to join me for a new (free) course called Healing the Heart of America.
You will learn:
- How to Live from your heart.... it's a whole new life when we stop living from somewhere behind our eyes and live from Love.
- Heal and Awaken your heart ...the wounds of our heart are even deeper than our limiting beliefs. Why not spend the rest of your life living from Love, Power, Beauty, Courage and Harmony?
- All the while Healing the Heart of America.... Are you dismayed by the hatred rising in America? We can heal this, but we need to do it together.
I'm offering this free course because I need your help to heal the wounds in the Heart of America.
For Fairfield residents: the class can be either online or live at the Fellowship of the Holy Spirit Church on the Square. It starts Tuesday May 7th at 9 am - The Day of Lasting Achievements. It runs weekdays at 9 for about an hour until Tuesday June 4th.
If you live out of town, the course will be on teleconference. The group meditations and clean-up sessions will be recorded and posted daily if you can't make the live class.
Here's a general guide to our group meditations:
First 7 - 10 minutes - Experiencing the depth and power of our Hearts
Next 7 - 10 minutes - Healing personal wounds or today's personal challenges
Last 7 - 10 minutes - Healing the wounds in the Heart of America
That's the formal part of the class. If you have more time, I will work individually with people to help them see and heal personal or national issues from the eyes of their hearts. This will last perhaps another 30 minutes. Sort of like a CAP call if you have ever taken any of my Releasing courses.
More than releasing negative energy, we will be transforming that energy into the Divine Qualities of the Heart. It's very powerful.
