Got Transition has published a new systematic review of health care transition interventions and outcomes in the Journal of Pediatric Nursing. "Outcomes of pediatric to adult health care transition interventions: An updated systematic review" examines the latest HCT interventions in light of new national statistics, updated professional guidance, and a growing body of published literature on HCT. A free download of the article is available until March 12, 2020.
