NOVEMBER: BEAT YOUR MILE TIME

DATE/TIME:

October 31 - November 23

 

LOCATION:

On your own, or in the health club 

DESCRIPTION:

Walk or run a mile the first week of November and run again the last week of November. The goal is to beat your first recorded mile time! 

 

PRIZES: 

Those who complete the program and walk/run the first and last week will be put into a drawing.



Drawings:

  1. 5k run/walk entry for Thanksgiving Day 
  2. $25 gift card to Run n Fun

FALL BAGS GAMES

DATE/TIME:

Week 1- November 7-11

Week 2- November 14-18


Tuesdays & Thursdays from 12-1 PM


LOCATION:

Capella Tower Atrium


DESCRIPTION:

Teams will play two games a week.


Games will be 10-minutes and teams are playing to score the most points. 


At the end of each week, the top three teams will receive gift cards for each player!

YOGA IN THE SKY

LOCATION:

47th floor of the Capella Tower


DESCRIPTION:

Align yourself with mid-day Yoga in the Sky!



Registration is required for this unique experience.


After you register, all you have to do is meet at the Health Club at 12:20 PM and we will take you to the sky!

LOCATION:

Health Club Group Fitness Studio

DESCRIPTION:

Members earn points for attending group fitness classes. Additional points can be earned by pinning the button on the snowman at the conclusion of each class!

OTHER SERVICES

Stretch Breaks - Do you find yourself tight after a long day at work? Have us come to your space! A group stretching session is conducted to include lower body and upper body stretches targeting specific areas for the desk employee. One staff person comes to a community area within a department or office space. Generally 5-15 minutes.


Meditation Breaks - This group meditation session includes breathing exercises and imagery to allow each participant to release stress and tension. One staff person comes to a private area within a department or office space. Generally 5-10 minutes.
