Important Updates on Upcoming Deadlines

  • CHIP Priority Deadline Extension. The deadline for submitting your CHIP Health Priorities will be pushed back from the December reporting cycle to the February reporting cycle, which is due March 5th, 2023. Please let your DOH Health Promotion Team or NMAHC know if you need additional assistance in completing the community health assessment and priorities. If your health council has completed the assessment and identified one or more priorities,, you can submit your priorities before the deadline. Instructions and the template for submitting your priorities are included in your monthly report. Should you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us atinfo@nmhealthcouncils.org.

Linda Siegle – Long time lobbyist, president of a consulting firm focused on lobbying the legislature for nonprofit agencies and strategic planning. She is a former member of the Santa Fe County Health Policy and Planning Commission and has served as chair of various state councils and committees.

Ms. Siegle is an elected Trustee on the Santa Fe Community College Board
