COVID-19 has revealed the depth of health care disparities in our community. The City of Gainesville has prioritized health equity in its strategic plan. Help Gainesville take the first step towards more equitable healthcare planning, by filling out this brief 10 question survey. To best meet the needs of our neighbors, we first need to understand the types of health care services that would be most beneficial.
