You're invited: CMH Dialysis Center groundbreaking ceremony

A groundbreaking ceremony for the CMH Dialysis Center is at 2 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 7, at 1160 W. Parkview St. in Bolivar (in the field west of CMH OB/GYN and Pediatric Clinic). Please RSVP by Monday, Nov. 4, online or by calling 417-328-6401.


The 10,000-square-foot facility will cost about $9 million and is being financed by OakStar Bank in Springfield. Pulse Design Group, Kansas City, is the architect, and JE Dunn, Springfield, is the general contractor. The CMH Dialysis Center is expected to open in fall 2025.

Welcome Dr. Hiba Ibad to CMH

CMH welcomes Hiba Ibad, M.D., an orthopedic hand surgeon, to the CMH Orthopedic & Spine Center. She is board eligible in orthopedic surgery and hand surgery by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. Dr. Ibad attended medical school at the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. Hospice's annual Lights of Remembrance event is Monday, Nov. 11, from 5:15-6:30 p.m. at the Kerry and Synda Douglas Medical Center. Hosted by CMH Hospice staff, the evening will welcome the holiday season with musical entertainment and present special awards. Online schedule now available for new patients

CMH is making it easier to schedule new patient appointments at select primary care clinics with online scheduling. You can click on the clinic name below to schedule your appointment online.



Because our providers need to learn about you, we schedule extra time for your first visit. Please arrive at your appointment at least 15 minutes early. Completing new patient paperwork gives your provider crucial information about your health history. You can complete the paperwork after you arrive or download the new patient paperwork to complete it in advance.
