Community Springs Healthcare receives CMS 5-star rating

Community Springs Healthcare Facility in El Dorado Springs received a 5-star rating, the highest rating possible, by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Nursing homes with 5 stars are considered to have much above-average quality.

Free memory check ups at the Missouri Memory Center

Annual memory assessments are recommended for all adults age 65 and older, and for anyone with memory concerns. The Missouri Memory Center at CMH provides free check ups on the third Friday of each month by appointment only. Call 417-327-3530.
