CEO Update: What sets apart long-term care at CMH

Michael Calhoun, CEO and executive director of Citizens Memorial Hospital and the CMH Foundation, highlights the exceptional care provided across CMH’s long-term care communities. Apply for the CMH Patient Family Advisory Council

CMH is seeking new members for the Patient Family Advisory Council (PFAC). PFAC is a group of patients, family members and CMH staff working together to improve the patient experience and quality of care. By joining the PFAC, you’ll have the opportunity to share your perspective, influence positive change and ensure the voices of patients and families are heard in shaping health care services at CMH.

CMH, Central Care Cancer Center enhance services

CMH and Central Care Cancer Center are strengthening their partnership to continue providing high-quality cancer care close to home. Under a new agreement effective Jan. 1, 2026, CMH will provide medical oncology and infusion services, while Central Care continues offering radiation therapy at the Carrie J. Babb Cancer Center. Patients will keep seeing the same trusted providers, with seamless, coordinated care.

Register now for sporting clay shoot Sept. 19 in Ozark

The 3rd Annual CMH Sporting Clay Event, presented by SGC Foodservice, is on Friday, Sept. 19, at Ozark Shooters Complex, 759 US HWY 65, Walnut Shade — just between Ozark and Branson. Teams of four will test their aim with 100 clays per participant during two exciting rounds at 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. Ready to take your shot? Register today. Only 60 teams (30 morning, 30 afternoon) will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Notice: CMH walking trail closed beginning June 27

The walking trail east of the hospital campus (next to Dunnegan Memorial Park) will be closed beginning Friday, June 27, for trail repairs. The asphalt company anticipates it will take about seven days to complete. We apologize for any inconvenience but look forward to the improved trail surface.
