Willard Public Schools' Health Protocols Stakeholder Survey

As a requirement of the American Rescue Plan Elementary and Secondary Emergency Relief (ESSER), school districts across the country are required to provide community stakeholders an opportunity to provide feedback regarding Health Protocols as it pertains to COVID-19. These protocols must be reviewed semi-annually by stakeholders and amended as needed. 

Please review the current Health Protocols in place and complete the two question survey. The deadline to submit the survey is Tuesday, June 20, 2023. Survey results will be reviewed to determine if any further revisions are necessary. 

The Board of Education must reapprove health protocols after any revision is made.

2023-24 TigerTALES Registration Open

Registration for 2023-24 TigerTALES is now open to the public. The registration links are available on our website. The deadline to complete registration is Friday, July 7, 2023, unless max capacity has been reached prior. 

You must complete one form per student. Please double check that you are completing the correct form attached to the building your student will be attending. 

Registration will be first-come, first-served as your submission is date and time stamped. Once maximum capacity is reached, we will place students on a waitlist, but there is no guarantee that placement will be made. Information needed for registration includes: child’s legal name and entering grade, parent/guardian’s name, phone and email.

Submission does not indicate confirmation of a 2023-24 TigerTALES spot. Confirmation of a spot will be made via phone call or email from Shelby Baker, Coordinator of TigerTALES. If your student has a confirmed spot, instructions will be given/sent regarding how to complete enrollment, submit documents, and pay the $30 enrollment fee. The enrollment fee will be added to your SISK12 Account. For instructions on how to access and pay the fee, click here. The enrollment fee must be paid no later than Tuesday, July 18, 2023 to secure your spot.

Tuition & Enrollment

We will be capping enrollment at each TigerTALES site to ensure that we can provide the highest quality care to all of our students. Additionally, we will be increasing the program’s daily rate from $10/day to $15/day, which will increase the monthly full-time rate from $200 to $300 per month. Although this is an increase, this rate allows our district to remain the most affordable option for before and after school childcare locally, while enabling us to invest more into our program to provide our students with the best possible care and learning opportunities. We will no longer offer a sibling discount.

Preschool TigerTALES enrollment is covered in your monthly tuition. That said, you are still required to enroll your student in TigerTALES and pay the $30 enrollment fee per student.



Enrollment options are no longer broken into days of the week (1-3, 3-5), but instead are one of the following three—Before School, After School, or Before and After School. See the monthly rates for each enrollment option below:

Willard Food Pantry Open for Summer



Did you know that Willard Public Schools has a food pantry open every Tuesday? The pantry is located on 116 Mill Street and is open from 10:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. The pantry will be open this summer as well, with the exception of the 4th of July. Willard families can visit once a month!

2023-24 Willard Youth Camps & Clinics

The Willard Athletics coaching staff has released camp dates for interested Willard youth.

For a list and details of upcoming clinics and camps, click here. You do not need to be currently enrolled at Willard Public Schools to participate.

A friendly reminder that all camp fees are non-refundable. Checks should be made payable to Willard Schools. A this time all payments must be made separately at each camp on the day of registration.
