Movement Monday
Get moving with these Fit 5 Level 2 Exercises!

Repeat this video three times a day, after each meal, to reach your Fit 5 goal of 30-minutes of physical activity each day!

Take-a-Walk Tuesday
#TakeaWalkTuesday this week included a scavenger hunt!

While you are out on your walk, see if you can find these items. Once you find them, do 10 of the exercises listed next to each one:

  • Blue house - 10 Jumping Jacks
  • Flower - 10 Squats
  • Fire Hydrant - 10 Frog Jumps

Anytime Fitness has partnered with Special Olympics International as a part of their Coach, Care, Connect campaign to provide weekly Inclusive Workouts for athletes!
