Kaitlin Librizzi, CPA, brings deep financial and insurance expertise, and a heartfelt commitment to community, to Wheeler’s volunteer Board of Trustees.
As a senior manager within the insurance practice at EY, Kaitlin played a key role on the audit team working on the landmark $69-billion acquisition of Aetna by CVS Health. She also served as an EY point of contact during Aetna’s state examinations, collaborating directly with regulators to discuss complex accounting and auditing topics.

Huge congratulations to Senior Director, Community Outreach, Keturah Kinch, MPA; Chief Human Resources Officer Shaunna Monts, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP; and Integrated Care Supervisor Whitney Wilfred, LCSW, for being honored in the 100 Women of Color for 2025!
Keturah, Shaunna, and Whitney joined the other amazing honorees earlier this month at The Bushnell in Hartford for the 10th anniversary of this historic event.
