The New York State Department of Health (NYS DOH) has posted its Healthcare Worker Bonus (HWB) Program Town Hall Series HERE. 

It has also compiled a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page HERE.

There is also now a dedicated HWB email and Call Center to answer questions about the online claims portal and assist qualified employers with submitting claims.
