Dear Colleagues,
As we prepare for The Joint Commission accreditation survey, now is the right time to begin your Mandatory Training on Healthstream. You have until December 31, 2022, to complete your training, but log in for a refresher before the surveyors arrive.
Here's How to Get Started:
Step 1. Please go to the login page at www.healthstream.com/hlc/hnmc or click on the HealthStream icon on your desktop.
Step 2. Enter your User ID and Password.
Your "User ID" is your Employee ID
New Users: your Temporary Password is "welcome" (you will be prompted to change your password before continuing)
Existing Users: if you have forgotten your password please use the reset function on the login page.
Step 3. Click on the "To Do" tab to view your assigned courses.
Courses are now available for you to start.
