Week Two of the Special Olympics Ontario Virtual School Championships is in full gear!
|
|
We've received registration and submissions from all across the country! Remember, you can submit your results for more than one challenge. If you are a student-athlete between the ages of 13-21 and haven't yet registered for these fun Virtual School Championships,
click here.
|
|
Key things to remember:
- The Virtual School Championships are open to ALL student-athletes, not just those that had qualified for Kingston
- After you register, remember to submit your personal best!
- Choose your fun challenges! There are challenges in each of the five (5) School Championships sports (athletics, basketball, bocce, floor hockey, soccer & a bonus event for this year only)
- Train! student-athletes can train and submit scores on the School Championships website for as many challenges as you'd like, but you can only submit one score per challenge. Submissions are due June 12th by 5 PM EDT.
- Celebrate! Join us June 16, 17, 18 online for three (3) great days of celebration, activities and of course the athlete victory dance!

Virtual Summer Practices Demonstrations

We have begun to create a focus on more sport-specific workouts and practice routines for athletes to try from the safety of their home. Beginning this week, we will be releasing a new sport specific practice session weekly for the following sports: athletics, bocce, golf, soccer and softball.
