What to look out for in the weeks to come?

Mental Skills Training Workshop - Once A Month Starting, Tuesday, October 19 7:00 PM ET

Beginning Tuesday, October 19, Special Olympics Ontario will be hosting a Mental Skills Training Workshop once a month for the next few months.


You will be joined by Kimberly Campos who will be teaching us all how to use mental tools like goal setting, relaxation and positive self-talk. All these skills can help strength our mental health.
