We are right smack in the middle of our detox. We have a great group of engaging women. They are holding nothing back. They are also whipping up the most delicious looking meals. Some are dealing with acid reflux and other digestive issues. I know so many people that are suffering with these issues. It seems to be more the norm than not I'm sorry to say and not many are interested in making the necessary changes. I get it, change is uncomfortable. It comes down to a choice we have to make - how do we want to live out the rest of our lives? Healthy -free from pain and limitation or unhealthy with pain and limitation? You decide.
