Next month, the whole campus (faculty, staff and students) will be invited to participate in a number of gratitude activities.
Along with an engaging Gratitude presentation on April 16 and a circulating set of gratitude sandwich boards, we will offer a 30 Day Gratitude Challenge. Please register now for the 30 Day Challenge which kicks off on April 1.
Improve Your Back Health with Interactive Class
One of our most popular classes is back this month, Healthy Backs and Bodies. Learn and practice techniques to strengthen your back to avoid injury.

Fit in a Quick and Effective Workout After Work on Thursdays
In Rapid Workout, participants will be taught how to create effective fitness circuits at home, in the gym, even in the office. Simple, portable equipment and body weight will be used to create a full body workout.
Note: this class is not for beginners. Participants will be required to move quickly from lying down to standing up.
