JACKSON, WI - Elevate has been chosen as a recipient of a 2018 Healthy Community Fund Grant through Froedtert and the Medical College of Wisconsin.

The $20,000 grant will fund the expansion of the Elevate “U” youth intervention program which targets youth early in their substance use, truancy, and/or delinquency. The program aims to get them back on track toward reaching their full potential. Without this programming, the students could continue on a trajectory of increased substance abuse, academic failure and maybe worse.
