FEI has joined forces with AllOne Health, and as a result your Employee Assistance Program (EAP) now provides greater access and expanded services:
 
  • Access your EAP three different ways—from our toll-free number, our new online member portal and the mobile app.
  • Three additional services: Medical Advocacy, Life Coaching and Personal Assistant. 
To access your new member portal, you will need to create a new account. Here’s how:
  1. Please visit https://myassistanceprogram.com/fei/
  2. At the top right of that page, please click “Select Portal & App” to access the pull-down menu. Please select “Member Portal & App.” 
  3. You will be directed to the Log In page. At the top right, you will find a box that says “Create a new account with your company code.” Please click on the “Sign Up” button.
  4. You will be directed to a new page where you can enter our company code (hhsEAP). Once you enter the code, you will be directed to enter your email address and username.
If you have trouble logging in, click on the orange "Login Help" button on the new member portal login page for assistance.

Saba for Spouses is now available!

We’re excited to announce that spouses on the medical plan now have access to Healthy@Harris Employee Wellness activities through Saba to earn wellness points - just like employees!

Follow these steps to add your spouse’s email address to Peoplesoft to ensure your spouse has access to all Healthy@Harris activities. After you add your spouse’s email address in Peoplesoft, your spouse will receive an email with their username, temporary password and instructions for setting up their new Saba account.

This year, our program has a new name to celebrate a big change - ALL full-time and part-time employees are eligible to participate and receive rewards, even if you don't participate in one of our medical plans!

Employee Wellness offers the Healthy@Harris Rewards Program as a way to make your journey to wellness even more rewarding for you. It's all a part of caring for yourself so you can care for others. Meet the requirements listed in the Healthy@Harris Rewards Structure document to be eligible for rewards.

The Healthy@Harris Rewards Program begins on September 1, 2021 and ends August 31, 2022. The deadline for completing the program is August 31, 2022. The premium discount will be effective March 1, 2023.


Healthy@Harris Reward Program Requirements

Active Employees: September 1, 2021 - April 30, 2022
Deadline: August 31, 2022

If you are on the Harris Health Medical Plan, complete the steps below to be eligible for $100 per month in premium rewards. Premium rewards are effective March 1, 2023 through February 28, 2024. If you are NOT on the Harris Health Medical Plan, you will receive a $25 gift card for completing the steps below.

Step 1: Complete the MyCigna online Health Assessment (250 Wellness Points)
Step 2: Complete an Annual Physical with Lab Values (250 Wellness Points)
Step 3: Earn at least 500 additional Wellness points through programs and activities (1,000 total Wellness Points)

e-Gift Cards

To be eligible for an Amazon e-gift card for the Rewards Program (September 1, 2021 – August 31, 2022), you must:

  3. Earn an individual total of at least 3,000 Wellness Points

Gift cards are distributed at the end of each month, and all requirements must be listed as completed in your MyCigna account at the time of distribution. Join us for the Harris County Hospital District Foundation (HCHD Foundation) 19th Annual TexasMedRun on Saturday, February 5, 2022. The HCHD Foundation 2022 TexasMedRun (10K, 5K Run/Walk and Kids 1K Run) is for the whole family! 

Proceeds from this event will be used to expand the Harris Health System, Food Farmacy Program to include a kitchen area for cooking demonstrations and an exercise room at Strawberry and Acres Home Ambulatory Centers and LBJ Hospital.

Livongo Diabetes Prevention Program
The Livongo Diabetes Prevention Program helps make living healthy and managing weight easier, with a smart scale, guidance on healthy habits, and personalized health coaching.
 
Eligible Members: The program is offered at no cost to employees, covered spouses and pre-65 retirees who meet eligibility requirements and are enrolled in the Harris Health Medical Plan. You may not qualify if you are pregnant or have a BMI that is lower than the program minimum.

All participants are expected to complete the weekly or bi-weekly lessons to maintain eligibility. Frequency of lessons are dependent on the stage of the program you’re in.

Harris Health Fitbit Group

Healthy@Harris now has a Harris Health Fitbit Group. We will use the Harris Health Fitbit group to host step challenges and reward individuals for achieving 10,000 or more steps per day. You MUST join the Harris Health System Fitbit group in order to participate in Harris Health Fitbit challenges and to receive 20 Wellness Points on www.mycigna.com for each day that you record 10,000 steps.

You do not need to re-join at the start of the new program year. Just keep syncing your device so that your status remains active.

Group Exercise


All in-person group exercise classes are currently canceled.

All group exercise classes are free to employees, spouses, and dependents over age 18. No sign-up is required. If you have not attended before, make sure to fill out a liability waiver before attending. One waiver covers all participation in group exercise and sports for the full calendar year.

Recreational Sports Leagues

Interested in playing? Please check the Employee Wellness Recreational Sports Calendar for information on our Winter Sport offerings.

Employee Wellness offers a variety of recreational sports teams. Sports leagues are free to employees, spouses and children 18 years and older. All of our sports leagues are organized and run by our vendor partner, Sports Monkey.

All participants, including spouses and dependents, are REQUIRED to have a signed liability waiver from the current calendar year on file with Employee Wellness PRIOR to participating in any sports league. Please note since the recreational sports begin in 2022, all participants will need to have a liability waiver completed on or after 1/1/22.

Employees and spouses who participate in sports leagues will receive 20 Wellness Points per game they attend on www.mycigna.com. To receive 20 Wellness Points for attending each game, your team captain must submit their attendance forms in a timely manner.

Track Your Steps in the Livongo App


Ready, set, step! You can now track steps right in your Livongo app. Just open your app, select “Start tracking your steps,” and see all your key stats in one place. *No Wellness Points will be awarded.
Livongo and Free Diabetes & Hypertension Medications

Participants engaged in the Livongo Diabetes Management or Hypertension Management Programs who use their Livongo meter to test a minimum of 4 times per month will be eligible to receive diabetes and hypertension medications free of charge effective the 15th of the following month. 
Quarterly HgA1c Check

All employees and spouses enrolled in Livongo for Diabetes can receive free quarterly HgA1c checks. The checks can be completed whether you are fasting or non-fasting. It only takes 5 minutes to receive the test results. Our Cigna Onsite Health Coach will assist you in reaching the goal of improving and or maintaining a healthy HgA1c and managing your diabetes. Participants are highly encouraged to share their results with their doctor.

Cigna Active & Fit Direct News


HHS Active & Fit Direct members can receive a financial credit for each month their gyms are closed. Members must follow the following steps in order to get the credit – it is not automatic: 

Step 1: Login to https://www.activeandfitdirect.com/identity/login.
Step 2: Click on the down arrow next to your name in the top right corner
Step 3: Scroll down on your account page and click on “Cancel Program Enrollment”
Step 4: New box pops up titled “Credit for Fitness Center Closures” – click on “Stay Enrolled, Get Credit”
Step 5: Window will pop up confirming your selecting of continuing membership

There are over 800 on-demand workout videos that can be utilized. If an individual is not enrolled then they can access Active&Fit Direct’s website by first logging into myCigna.com and then routing to Active&Fit Direct’s website through the Healthy Rewards section. Telephonic Cigna Coaching


Achieve your health goals with the help of a trained Cigna health coach. Even when faced with frustrating ups and downs related to a long-term health condition such as hypertension, hyperlipidemia, congestive heart failure, asthma, depression, diabetes, low back pain, COPD etc. Wellness Coaches work one-on-one with you to help improve your health and wellbeing.

You must be enrolled in the Harris Health System Medical Plan to be eligible for coaching. Completion of coaching is worth 200 Wellness Points* on www.mycigna.com.

Cigna Healthy Pregnancies, Healthy Babies™ Program


The Cigna Healthy Pregnancies, Healthy Babies™ Program is a telephonic coaching program that involves speaking with a Cigna maternity nurse once a month throughout your pregnancy, and concludes with one post-delivery call. Call 1-800-615-2906 to enroll.

Employees on the Harris Health medical plan and their covered spouses are eligible to earn Wellness Points on their Cigna MotivateMe© page for completing this program.

*Participants who enroll in their 1st trimester are eligible to receive 400 Wellness Points.
